Northern Ireland Photography – Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge – Photo a Day – Landscape Photography

Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Northern Ireland, landscape photography, Northern Ireland landscape photography

The first Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge was built in 1755 to assist during the salmon fishery. The bridge has been rebuilt countless times. Even though the bridge of today is safe, crossing it isn’t for the faint of heart.

People find great exhilaration in crossing the bridge and I did too. I try to do as much as I can during my travels, even if it makes me nervous.

The rain was pounding down on my visit. The heavens opening upon me made for incredible photos and a stunning YouTube travel vlog.
