Enjoy Turkey travel photography and fall in love with Turkey tourism. Visit Ephesus, Turkey. Ephesus and the Ruins of Ephesus is a spectacular place to take travel photographs.

As one of the world’s most incredible ancient sites, Ephesus has a history that spans centuries. It was one of the strong city states of the Ionian League during the Greek period and the capital of Asia Minor under the Romans.

The Apostle John is said to have visited the city and the Ephesian gospels were written here in the 1st century A.D. Pictured above is a rather bored looking cat on the Ephesus ruins.
