Photo a day, April 12, 2012 – Crumbling East Mebon Temple


Built in the 10th century by King Rajendravarman, the East Mebon temple complex was its own island in the middle of the vast East Baray reservoir. With four stone landing docks, one can almost see the boats slowly making their way towards the temple.
